He is a part-time instructor at Laney College Architecture Department and a member of the Commercial Real Estate Professional’s Network (CREPN). \n\nDavid Heinzerling\, PE\, Taylor Engineering\nDavid Heinzerling is a Principal at Taylor Engineering in Alameda and a registered mechanical engineer with experience in a wide range of HVAC design project types.
