Courtney Miller is Principal of Ecobuild Architects, a residential – commercial firm serving the Greater Bay Area providing unique solutions for home, office, and retail environments with a special focus on high performance, nature-inspired design. He is a part-time instructor at Laney College Architecture Department and a member of the Commercial Real Estate Professional’s Network (CREPN).


David Heinzerling, PE, Taylor Engineering
David Heinzerling is a Principal at Taylor Engineering in Alameda and a registered mechanical engineer with experience in a wide range of HVAC design project types. With a background in indoor air quality research and building science, he also has expertise in many areas of HVAC research and analysis, including indoor environmental quality monitoring, chiller plant optimization and life-cycle cost equipment selection.
