On July 22nd, 2015, from 5 pm to 8 pm, The Commercial Real Estate Professionals Network (CREPN) hosted a cocktail tour of the world’s first CITY SPACES® micro-apartment project, The Panoramic. With 120 studios and 40 suites, it has a rooftop garden, public lounges on every floor, and a lively ground floor cafe/lobby. The project is car-free and a good example of “Ultralight Urbanism™”.
